TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Should you not take up your booking for whatever reason and without at least 72 hours notification prior to your arrival , then the full amount is payable. In return for what may seem an onerous condition, we will guarantee you a clean, comfortable, and safe holiday at our lovely cottage, where we will do all in our powers to make your stay a happy and memorable one.  Please note that on your arrival day, we ask that you arrive after 1700hours.

For everyone's safety and enjoyment we are a non-smoking property.

 

You should be aware that due to the architectural nature of the  bedroom doors (solid oak 100 years old) ,they are not internally lockable. However a lockable unit is provided should you have the need to lock away your valuables
